Your group trains at the Centro Deportivo Alcalá de Henares, an official Atlético de Madrid training facility on the outskirts of Madrid, used by Atlético de Madrid Femenino along with the club’s reserve and academy sides.
The complex features multiple training pitches and professional facilities, so players experience the standards and culture of one of Spain’s most respected clubs.
Coaching is delivered by Atlético de Madrid Academy coaches, all UEFA qualified, following a methodology built on the same attacking and defensive
principles the club uses with its own academy players.

The football experience
At the heart of this tour is professional coaching from Atlético de Madrid Academy coaches. Sessions run for 90 minutes and follow a methodology similar to the one the club uses with its academy teams, with each block structured around specific attacking and defensive objectives and carefully adapted to the level of your squad.
Groups can book a single session or build a multi-session development programme across the tour, shaped around your group’s age, ability andobjectives.
More than just football
Sessions are led by Atlético de Madrid Academy coaches and built around clear objectives rather than generic drills.
Each 90 minute block works through a specific theme, whether that is pressing and defensive shape, building play from the back, or movement and finishing in the final third, using the same attacking and defensive principles the club applies with its own academy players.
Coaches adapt the intensity and content to the level of your squad, so a development side and a first team get very different sessions from the same programme.
Groups can book a single session or build a multi-session block across the tour, with each one progressing from the last rather than repeating it.
