What you’ll be doing

If appointed as our Sales Executive person, you’ll be responsible for driving sales across the full range of  sporting destinations for the Edwin Doran Sports Tours Events team ‘MasterClass’.  You will sell sports tour packages to sports clubs and schools, working well as part of a vibrant and driven office team. You will primarily concerned with handling incoming enquiries and generating new business revenue across the companies’ full range of Edwin Doran event destinations and tailor-made products.

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate:

  • Will have a general understanding of school and club sports tours and an active interest in sport in general.
  • Will be a strong communicator (written and orally).
  • Good organizational skills, numeracy & an attention to detail.
  • Fluency with MS excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Will be self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Confident, polite telephone manner.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Interest in/active participation in sport.
  • Will be of graduate caliber or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Useful qualities:

  • Experience working in a busy office, particularly sales and sports industry experience.
  • Sense of fun and ability to work in a small office team.
  • Ideally well-travelled.
  • A second European language.
  • Full drivers license and own car.
