General Manager - Twickenham
I was born in July 1964, and joined the company in 1990. I like to think of myself as a bit of an all rounder when it comes to both sport and my knowledge of the world. Sadly these days the only thing that is 'all round' about me is my waistline!
Despite this obvious handicap I am still as competitive as ever when it comes to any sort of sport and I have been known to be close to death on the squash courts when playing against the young bucks in the company. When not hard at work on the tours, I am usually keeping a keen eye on my fantasy cricket/rugby/football team.
On Sunday mornings I can be seen passing on a few tricks about front row play I learnt as a schoolboy in the Lowveld to the Teddington Minis.
All time favourite sporting moment: Hitting Ian Rush for 4.
"'Boykey' and 'Barf' are just two of the nicknames of this amiable man who has worked with us for 17 years. He is amiable to work with, but, catch him on a squash or tennis court, you'll see that his upbringing in his native South Africa has had an influence. He does not come second! This is good for our customers as he goes into battle for every one of you to get you the best tour. Still retains the record of the only company wedding - he married the delightful Louise Turner some 10 years ago. He coaches his son, Sam, at Teddington Rugby Club and Sunbury Cricket Club.
