My role is to co-ordinate the travel arrangements for parents who wish to shadow their son or daughter's tour and enjoy a holiday at the same time.

I have been working in the travel industry for many years, mainly in the business, conference and incentive market.  I took a break to try something else, but am now back and loving it.

Most satisfying moment working for EDST:  Working within a very supportive team, who are also great fun.   

Ann Martin is a very valuable part of our team. Her initial career was in the travel industry after which she departed to gain experiences elsewhere. The lure of the travel industry hooks many people primarily because of the inter-personal relationships and the fact that we provide happiness to customers turning dreams into reality.  When I interviewed Ann, what impressed me most of all was her obvious desire to make her customers happy. As we know it is difficult to attract new customers - It is only by top class service we will keep them. Ann will provide service that will be difficult to match by other companies.  Edwin Doran
