My role is the operation of the European tours travelling mainly to France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Holland and Malta.

I started off in central London at a South East Asian Tour Operator when not many people knew where South East Asia was, and enjoyed several trips to that part of the world. I then worked for a year at a large Travel Agency in Sydney in their Groups Department before returning to the UK and joining in with the madness at a well-known worldwide London-based travel company before finally taking time off to raise two children.

My favourite sporting moment: Either beating Australia in the Rugby World Cup in 2003 or beating Australia in the Ashes in 2005!

Most satisfying experience working for EDST: Securing Irish rugby fixtures 3 months in advance!

Nobody worries more about her tours than Jenny! Normally, when operating European tours, we are working to much tighter deadlines as they are booked much closer to the departure date. Hence, the pressure is always on. And how well Jenny reacts to that pressure.  Again, European tours have more fixture changes than long haul. This is another challenge which Jenny takes all in her stride. What's her release from this pressure? Yes, a couple of glasses of vino always goes down very well. But, her favourite ... dancing.
