Much has been written, said and debated about T5 recently.  It will not surprise you to learn that we used two invitations to the first major trial.  It was an amazing experience to act as 'dummy' passengers and to go through an airport for only the second time as a non-passenger.  Sadly we were unable to have lunch at Ramsey's Plane Food, nor could we visit the lounges, but we covered an incredible amount, including being given four different questionnaires about the different parts of the terminal we visited.  It was interesting to note that the arrivals baggage hall was not ready.  When they get it sorted out, it will be fantastic.
